450k gems is very far away for f2p at least and bargain store comes around very very rarely so I would say buy what would genuinely really help you but not stuff u dont need

From my own experience before academy 25, if you don't spend gems at all (no shield, no nothing) you can expect about 130k gems (profit) a month or so (assuming you are in a guild that hunt regularly and that you sometimes go on facebook and stuff to have a chance of winning free gems. outside platform such as facebook and discord represented about 13k gems the month I made the experiment.).
So if you are missing 450k you are between 3 and 4 month away from getting what you need for academy 25 (assuming that it was what you need the 450k for).
if you already have the academy 25 then you should be able to get even more gems because of a better treasure trove.

You need to contact Live Support for this. There should also be a Live Chat feature for immediate support with an Agent, if you are in a supported language.
Press the gear icon in-game in the bottom right, then scroll down and press " 📜 Help" Then press Live Chat.
If you made a purchase on the account of any kind, you will need to provide a receipt (usually can be retrieved through the app store you purchased through).
If you did not make a purchase on the account, then you will need to tell this to the Agent - I don't know what they can do in that situation.

hi y'all, can you help me understand sending heroes in a march? I thought I got the gist but recently i've been watching some vids and they say that we should not send 5 heroes of the same type because one of them will just sit out since they are not assigned to a squad... but their boosts still apply? Depending on the hero grade, you can send more troops out. Even if they arent your leader.

Yeah it's best to send 4 heroes that support a particular troop type. And ideally that 5th one is a hero with an Army Atk / HP boost.

It'll stand at the back doing "nothing" but the army boosts still apply.

Likewise there's no point sending a hero to compliment your buffers. The buffers are made to die and the hero will do nothing and then die as well.

1. gotchaaa. so if I understand it correctly, by "doing nothing," that just means that the 200% squad damage won't apply but it's boost with whatever army will still apply correct?

2. also how does the hero squad assignment work? i.e. i send a cav blast and send 4 cav heroes with cav attack boost and also send rose knight for army attack boost... how does it ensure that rose knight is in the back and "does nothing?" What if I want rose knight to be assigned with a squad (if she is gold hero) and some cav hero with cav attack boost to sit out since it's only a blue hero?

3. finally i don't plan on doing this but i guess just so that i truly understand the theory behind it...what if i send a full infantry march but select all archer heroes or whatever (i know, pretty dumb), would they be assigned to the infantry squad or would they all sit in the back and "do nothing" since there is no cavs for the cav heroes to be assigned to?

You can understand this really easily for yourself - have a friend put down armies on camps and attack them with various set ups and then watch the battles. (Or try different sets on dn1 and watch the battles). Having the visual might help you to grok how it works

As long as you're learning, always watch the battles. I found it to be incredibly helpful.
(Also terrifying when you see replays with p5 fams).
One of my guild mates ran a dn6 with only T1 cav and the p5 fams killed 95% of the troops in the dn without even breaking the wall!

Several different people have sent pics of their chat logs with igg support and the support have first mentioned they won’t give maintenance shield but after a while they have now CONFIRMED THEY WILL GIVE MAINTENANCE SHIELDS. However I don’t think this is mentioned in the loading screen with updates which is showed instead of the game during the maintenance so some players have said they don’t trust it. I personally believe we definately will get maintenance shields of 8 h.

It seems the system sees the attacking as a miltary action, hence why it does not let you shield. You need to shield before deploying.

You realise that power ring isn't a gift, it's a glitch. It's the most basic item in game (for equipping on lv1 heroes) so you not only don't need it, you probably already have dozens. It's just the placeholder item that sits in the backend before actual items are populated.

Was just wondering how are they able to tell that a march has a leader in it if your watch tower isn't able to pick it up and whenever u land isn't scouted? Higher level watcher towers show more. Lvl 15 and up watchtowers will show in the hero list if the leader is there (marked by a crown). All other heros will be there but not have a crown next to them showing they aren’t the leader

Users with the watcher & chaos permission role, like myself, are able to type in the hell-event channel. Carl deletes the user input and turns it into a message that pings those who have requested that role.
If you scroll up in that channel, you can see a few times where the bot was down and unable to ping people.

For channels to notify people on other servers, they need to be an announcement channel. Announcement channels are indicated by a speakerphone instead of a # in the channel list. Messaged that are published in an announcement channel are sent out to servers who have that channel.

It has been discussed before ai was made moderator, and they are not willing to make it an announcement channel.
There is an option to get hell events in your channel, but involves a popular bot that is not in this server. I am sorry that I was not able to heph you.

solo trap easy full defences and traps reserch max the lot check youtube on this its not for everyone but your wall maxed with t4 traps can kill 2 strong marchs. everyone neglects defences because rallys wip them out but if your planning just to be a solo trap then yeah a good place to start... to kill troops with troops on defence... id say thing what a solo march can be and build 4 times them troops of all troops.. hosbitals cap so you can just keep healing rss in bag so you can just keep going healing speed to lower your speed up cost. altho healing is pritty fast once reserch is up for it.. be carful once you get to a power lover that is a bit scary people will not wanna solo you so maybe once you have been a solo trap for a while upgrade to a rally trap.. upsize everything agen by 4x or so... also keep in mind as everyone is like sheep and defend with attack stats, but attack on defence come from haveing alot more troops than the attacker so to save damage and lesson your loses a good defence/hp build will save you loses minamalizing you costs abit more but keep in mind with this build if you do not kill everything sent at you... you need to build more troops to up the attack not add attack stats lowering your hp and defence.. hope this makes sence as i have had meny meny arguments over this

Wedges are generally used when attacking..you set it up so that your main troop type is at the back. For example, I send range in cav wedge

Wedges are also used when defending.. when you're not sure of what the enemy is sending at you. That way you have two troop types as your frontline which helps to mitigate losses if you get countered. For example, if I'm in inf wedge and get hit with cav, I'll take less losses than if I was in inf phalanx. Reason being I have inf and range as my frontline in inf wedge

Use phalanx when defending if you see what's coming at ya and you got enough time to counter the hit

Sick and tired of having this pop on my screen it stops all game functions I cannot leave the game I cannot close the mail box I have to restart my pc because of it. I have addressed this in bugs around 5 times I have dm different people about this issue, I have even when into the game and did the Live chat just to be given instructions on how to fix it and what could be causing it I have done ALL those instructions given to me and this is still happening this is starting to seriously piss me of now I've had to restart my pc like 50+ times because of this it's just making me want to quit at this point the live chat all they did was fill a report and they recently got back to me through email and all they put was the EXACT same fucking instructions I was already given and I already tried this is ignorant now. They also said in the Live chat how nobody else is having this problem, But when I spoke to some other player in the Bugs section he said to me this has been around for 5 years and happens to him, it happens to me and him and my friends my Leader there is fuck all I can do about this because the ignorance of the people that are supposed to help this situation is doing absolutely nothing about it besides giving me instructions and what can only be lying to me aswell wth do I do?

Remove trickster and prima as they don't offer anything for army. Generally at your level you want 1no army atk hero (roseknight), you can also add bombin goblin for range and army attack. Then add a hero for each troop type
