Advance as much as possible in hero phases and sweep the highest ones you got - yes look at medals but don't forget xp.
Get bravehearts at any opportunity: GF, daily quests if you get them there, and now there's an event shop that sells them cheap. Also use the bravehearts sweeping your highest phases.
Do Colosseum daily and learn how to win.
Hit monsters and don't let your energy go to waste.
The crabby familiar gives a small bonus on xp.
Do turf quests, research gives good xp, others too.
Be active enough that you can enter a good guild, then you'll get good monster loots that bring speedups.
If you have patience, I think (not sure) that you can accumulate completed turf quests and open an xp % bonus before cashing them - I'm not totally sure on this one though.

1. Shit happens. IGG have algorithms that detect flagged behaviour
2. No, not necessarily. Loads of people use a bot client for only 1 account even, just because they're lazy and people always want a shortcut.
3. Again. Shit happens. I've seen people's bots get banned in the first week, and then others that have been going for ages and gotten all the way up to T4 and even bought packs on them eventually caught and banned.

And the answer is still: you broke tos, you don't want to admit it, and you're salty because you want to find a loophole to keep Botting and protect your other accounts.

So no we can't say with any certainty that NoxSicarius violated ToS

I suspect they were reported by old guildmates after I left them, and people joked they were bots in chat (they were not bots I just kept the emulator instances open all the time.) I never spent on them or linked them and IGG generally considers accounts like that suspicious.

Thanks for the info fira, I have a suspicion that maybe because they were all logged in at the same time is why. They joked about mine being bots as well even though I typed from all of them. Mine were all linked to google accounts like my spam email, my professional email, and so on. I think one of the new members that got kicked for very unsavory speach reported me because the new food hyper I was building in a new kingdom at level 24 was untouched. Really wanted them to speak to me because these were close to t4 and would really help with dark 5. At this point I think my only option is to leave the game before I waste more time just to get banned again

Zauberwald, I highly doubt this was an auto detect. An algorithm like that won't take years to find something and wouldn't miss an entire account from the same ip. It would also be nice if you were a bit more helpful than rude. So far the only 2 interactions from you basically say you got what you deserved and you're mad about it. Just because they own the game doesn't mean it's ok to treat people the way they seem to and it would be nice if someone with a mod rank would be a bit more helpful than rude. I've simply asked for help on a real issue and the only thing you can say is get over it. I'm pretty sure it a year of gameplay was wiped out for you that you would care.

That's normal. It means you have more troops than you can feed. Most players just don't hold food and let it stay negative. Nothing bad will happen if it runs out. The only other option is make more farms, but it's suggested that you only have 1 farm and let the food upkeep be negative
