Depends, like azure said you will be able to send 250k eventually, with dn research you can send 250k normal marches as a filler and 300k as a lead while running dns, 250k is normal for solos etc in pvp but you would like to pop a 50% or 20% army size boost, people usually go for a 50% which should get your march size to 375k
