Best lords ball startegy is to take 1m T5 reinforcements from guild mates and one by one each guildmate gets chance to go to base and steal ball instantly and return

If he gets soloed in between, the guy attacking will be zeroed

Lile this way entire guilds member can complete solo

And only depending upon this, the guild can get 2.6m points easily making them in top 5 for sure

If you already have the 15% attack you can get at the beginning of sigil tree I would probably go for 5th fam slot or t5

I think t5 will strengthen your solos more, but for rally's the 5th slots is probably better than 200k more t5 in rally, but it also depends on the familiars you got to put in the slot
