You need to pay quests if you want access to Master Gauntlet. Anyway, when the most rewarding quest is now a 'buy 7 packs' quest and not a hell quest, you destroy the event. I have always enjoyed Guild Fest, now they ruined my pleasure doing it. This event is dead. It will become optional in my guild from now on. RIP Guild Fest.

Guild Fest used to reward your efforts. The quest with the highest point was a Hell Quest, 352pts. No you just need to buy 119 pack to achieve #1. It means that f2p and light p2p cannot compete anymore whereas in the past i know some f2p who would save accelerators and materials to get good ranking. This is not possible anymore and not fair. This is an issue for me and many people in the game. This update does not have 'players at heart', its purpose is just making more money out of an event with was one of the few that were not really mercantile...

I give you the feedbacks of players in my guild. I have lost 2 f2p and one 1 p2p because of this new GF. They all said that they were disgusted by it. My experience in the new GF is bad and this feeling is widely shared. When an update is bad for the gamers, IGG needs to address the issue.

Best way to run GF now is to have everyone break off into temporary 15 man guilds, do the 2400 points and call it a day.

About this new guild fest:

1. The quests are mostly difficult to do unless you're willing to spend money.
2. Members who do not participate can still claim the guild rewards which is unfair to those who exert time and effort. We keep losing players because of this "infairness" so they say.

Costly as how. Spending 7k gems which you'll normally do. Setting auto on for 100+ dn which guild runs, doing hell events. All these are what people do without a gf quest on a daily basis. And if you mention laby and tycoon, you have the liberty to simply ignore those.

Also time is simply up to your control unlike waiting 15mins over and over for r4 to delete quests and if you're in an active guild then selecting quest was even difficult

And in a wider event aspect, not meaning to be rude but most people are straight up dumb. I can say with certainty that 70% or more of the player base saved up points from TokiDoki event for army skin. Including those lucky enough to get 1k drop. And most are new or developing players.

Now if you're a new/progressing player and your first focus is aesthetics. Why then do you get disappointed in another event(gf)

"GF rewards are trash" is the same complaint we get but wide range look at events igg have been pumping out. Adding this and that with others is still worth something

The rewards aren't worth the effort. The previous guild fest rewards were, but the new ones aren't. How you can be so condescending towards someone when the difference in rewards is clear as day? Previous rewards could net you near or over 100 monster chests, 1000's of monster astralite chests, or a large chunk of ember boxes. With the new rewards, you get around 20 monster chests, 10 astralite, or maybe 100 or so of the monster specific astralie all while costing you more gems due to the extra tasks.

The new 2 minute bonus task cycle is nice. The rewards are terrible. Also, there the fact that the tasks have been changed to require more darknests for fewer points, more stars used for fewer points, more speeds for fewer points...etc. how is it that we drill have no tasks for level 6 darknests after however many years they've been in the game?

Complaining about Guold fest rewards is a valid complaint when they've changed for the worst.

Not this past GF,, all my solos were heavily targeted at spending money, as we had DT just before and i depleted the rss i would have needed to complete the solo quest that i had / could have done but those only showed up a total of 3 times and that was within the last couple days of GF

The gathering solos are barely higher points than the standard board one. I haven't unlocked crafting gear as i have been focusing on other stuff. The monster hit one is not doable with the lvl of energy i have. I depleted all artifact related rss during guild duel which was a waste because we were up against p2p guild. So when i said my solo tasks in the last gf i was getting were not doable or i was getting quests which required spending money which i didn't want to spend money so again not doable 🙃

250-300k is very normal earning for me , without burning any token , just from tycoon , colseum , hell events ,gremlin drops , and guild gift , hunting

save energy every week ,
spend 40% energy of reserve save 60%
over 3 week you have enough to do few monstor hunting task , while you also get to do self target minibus

in my case i if earn 500k energy in a week , i will burn 200-250k energy , and hunt as many l2 blackwing as i can ( mostly during watcher hell would be good )

i would say 30-35k gems alone i eaarn from hell events for proof , yesterday i was at 811k gems
i had 30d speedup mix , what did i do ? i did 3 training hell , earned 5k roughly gems
also from guildgifts and past 2 -3 days of saving from colseum + gremlin drop
i am now at 833k gems

Yes, I have 3 guilds and 1 has no gf requirement. 1 has no minimum and the 3rd has requirement of 2600 points which is solo for our gauntlet

What are the minimum points I need to ask for at the expert gauntlet in order to advance to the master in GF?

I'd say nothing less than 2,000. My guild is Master's and we have to have 3,000 points minimum. The active players usually get between 4,000 to 5,500...some have even gotten about 7,000.

No, with the new way that GF is my guild increased the minimum requirement from 2,000 to 3,000 since there are now more chances, and we have to spend 7,000 gems to get the extra chances.

depends completely on the other guilds youre pitted against and how well they perform in your leaderboard so its impossible to say exactly, but id say solo is bare minimum which if i remember correctly is 2600 in expert gauntlet (might wanna double check).

Solo for everyone however is often not enough to advance, my guild set minimum as 3000 but many reached way higher than that and we advanced from expert to master last GF. Either way 3000 is not hard to get in expert gauntlet even if youre low on speedups and other resources, last gf i was saving since i had recently spent almost everything i had saved up for a long time and still reached over 4000, didnt pay any real world money whatsoever either. Minimum is one thing but it also depends on how many high achievers u tend to have for GF and ofcourse the other guilds points which is impossible to predict, since the top few advance to the next tier.
