Yeah they can we just don’t support it
And ids in webhooks urls are the webhook id not the channel id
Otherwise it would change whenever you move the webhook and fail to function as an identifier

I figured the url would be discord.com/api/webhooks/channelID/webhookID
discord ids are all numbers, it's :id/:token
which is why you don't share the token. ids are just timestamps so they can be shared
isnt the ID for the channel? because it is identical to the channel ID changes when you move the webhook to a new channel
