This is a personal choice, but Hawk Stance and Red Dragon Training

Both of those combined will give you a 40% resistance to stun

Those MK11 and BD Kabal are the death of me in FW

I can go through all of his basics while they're protected and eventually kill them + restore my 2 bars of power. You are correct, it triggers every time with the enemy. However, it never triggers when I use my Sub-Zero 🤣

The answer is never

revenant was a viable option back when it was weird and worked way better against multihit specials and such

offense is just more reliable and effective, especially when you're trying to do damage in tower boss fights

there are times where you want to die quickly as possible so that the bosses dont regen health if they can do that, there will be times where revenant can screw you over because normally bosses dont regen health when they ko you with a move that gives them regen because the match ends. If you get revenant on the last character when the boss does a regen move then that's game over

however that interaction is somewhat niche, you could argue to use it in survivor but it's way better to just kill the opponents faster

it's also waaaaaaaay down the line of defense, which isn't too nice
