It is a long shot but what about Khameleon, Chameleon and Sareena?

They were only used in cutscenes.

I do remember that in MK9 you can see Khameleon during a cutscene with Scorpion, wearing a grey costume.

In MKX, I know that during another cutscene, you can see Sareena fighting Kitana and she mentions about Bi-Han at one point.

And in MK11, while exploring the Krypt, I've seen a turquise ninja getting impaled...It must be Chameleon.

Therefore, there could be any chance of seeing these characters in this game?

Yes! But I'm hoping Bi Han Sub-Zero would have unique moveset with freeze and sp atks like Hanzo's unique moveset with fire and sp atks. Bi Han Sub-Zero could have moves similar to Noob for example. I think this definitely should happen since MK mobile have their own unique characters like Elder God Kenshi. I don't see why everyone's favorite good ol' Bi Han shouldn't have a chance. Everyone would love it :)

In my opinion big companies like EA don’t care about certain games. Idk about the company that makes mortal Kombat I stopped playing after Armageddon. But for instance need for speed for the past 3 years has been the same game literally and it’s garbage man. They aren’t in it for let’s make this game above and beyond what it could be let’s blow the fans away there in it to get paid. And they get paid a lot. But as for mortal Kombat things like this may have been brought up in one of there meetings I bet it has let’s just say it has in a meeting of whatever u wanna call it the high powered people that basically decide where the game goes what happens the characters etc let’s say someone brings up new character expansions. That will probably take time and money and a lot of it because people don’t work for free now let’s say u were the one in charge of everything. Let's say SP2 of the character is 4/5th of the HP as is the case with most of the characters. So every time she uses, say, her SP2, then she heals 1/4 x 4/5 of her HP. So every time she uses her SP2, she heals... 20% of her own HP 😳

Basically, with 25% damage transfer, she heals 20% of her HP. I said SP2 is 4/5th of the character's HP because I checked all characters with max SP2 and it seemed the most reasonable aggregate.

If about the characters that could be added in the next update in the future, I would suggest the following characters: Mk11 Sheeva, Invisible Chameleon, Human Cyrax / Sektor and Conjured Shinnok or Dark Kahn (Injustice 3) while creating team Injustice with synergy that as a team they would have each increased stats by 25% in combat and when switching partner another increased stats by 25% for 10 sec
