I know a lot of people do not use Piercing Mileena because she isn't among the best golds; despite her high damage, her chaining is not easy to master and her passive is useful only in a few conditions. Even though she's my 2nd most favourite card, I still have to say she's between C and B tier.
But after using her against many strong enemies in towers, I've figured a way to maximise her potential - use her as a blitzing card.
She has a really high damage SP1, so use ONLY that. Make sure you have BB, otherwise she's a waste. And do not use her as a starter. Do just 5 chains with her combo enders and SP1. These 5 continuous combo enders will be perfect and the enemy can't escape it. After this, you'll have to tag out because then the Power-Combo balance is gone. Here's how it goes:
Tag in SP1 ||(doesn't matter if it's blocked)|| > combo ender 1 ||(BB most likely happens here)|| > SP1 > combo ender 2 > SP1 > combo ender 1 > SP1
After this, the chain breaks and you tag her out, then tag in and repeat. This short blitz does a lot of damage for any card at a contemporary fusion level.
Pretty obvious that this is how you play characters in general but in this case, this is a special sequence which just maximise her potential.

It's only a few characters who resist DOTs. Those are easily killed the old fashioned way (beat them to death normally). I've been using her endlessly with all sorts of out world and martial artist teams. Maybe she's not that very reliable, but very fun to use. I'd choose her over some diamonds
