there are no good guides. I personally rely on tips and suggestions from veteran discord mkm players. Khaotic has loads of FX equipment thats hard to deal with so you need equipment to counter them. Fx diamonds help but are not obligatory to do it. Equipments like meat cleaver, psy bomb, ceremonial pipe, shintai of malice, ressurection equipment, shields and crit boosting is what you want to aim for. You need kill as fast as possible while not letting enemy buff up.

He has good basic chaining, his sp2 shields him up, he is immune to fire (Which is actually pretty good considering the game is flooded with mk11 scorpions) and as a scorpion can benefit good old infernal chains. So ye, he is a descent card. My go to Kold team is Scorp/Sonya/Scarlet.
