just to preface this, if your asking how it works you probably arent ready to use it, as it relies on good gear to really show its potential.

klassic rain enables all klassics to have a 75% chance team apply an effect if they are soaked, so he soaks the enemy, applies soak again to team soak, then you tag in raiden and use sp2 for a ton of damage. soak makes it so anyone tagged out whos also soaked takes full damage from lightning attacks, and it does 35% more damage.

Most normal fights can be cleared with Mk11 scorpion. Add sub zero for death saves and Fujin for his special debuff. Swap scorp with mk2m kitana for bossfights and against fire immune opponents and i think you good to clear most stuff
