Rain gives 1 bar of power to classic teammates, so start from there. Also, any debuff that rain or a classic teammate applies against a soaked opponent , becomes team debuff

So: you apply power drain against a soaked opponent with KL rain in your team (and using another KL teammate), then the power drain will be team power drain

Also, team soak is another insane strat, since all lightning attacks stances will deal damage to all soaked opponents

His passive heal is based on his attack so you'll want to get him to lvl 50 and then cross your fingers for drops.

He prob can be good as a tag-in or may fighter but I mainly use him for support. I love pairing him with KLSB. Kano would be another good teammate for him. Any KL character that you can spam SP1

if its a card i use frequently in tower or krypt i just use them to get to like 45 and then use the last ones but otherwise i get them to 40 and use it
