A small few characters either dont have a second combo ender or a lower chance to do one. Also unless you have 4/5 in the precision then any combo ender has a chance to not trigger

First of all

Every character needs block breaker

Unless they have it in their passive

Then you can go for a power generation gear so you can spam special attacks even faster

And depending on what mode ur playing you could also use gears that save your character (revival gears or gears with a chance to evade specials)
