I don't think noob adds much unless you have high crit\lethal chance.

You can spam the first special attack on scorpion if you max it out first

With Raiden, you spam normal attack and less combos, but do more damage with the normal attacks and have a chance to make them dizzy

And jade has a chance to make the enemies slow down and you can full combo ender them

So scorpion you max out their first special

Jade you max out her main stat

And same with Raiden
