dot immunity makes the characters take no dmg from joker's actual card dmg

but his buzzer deck + fujin hurricane debuff just makes bosses get shredded

hurricane does extra little lightning strikes if the affected characters take electric dmg, and those strikes always deal a % of max hp, so it always does the same regardless of the enemy hp
