You don't have enough fusion up cards. You need 7 to get him from F8 to F9, but that is a waste of crystals.

You need 5 more cards to fusion him from F8 to F9, but I highly recommend not spending your DKs to get more fusion up cards.

You can see here that at lower fusions such as F3 and F4, the cost is low and reasonable.

But the higher you go, the more expensive it gets.

And DKs are really valuable and tough to come by, you only get a 30 per day limit from getting sellbacks,

it's champion's nunchaku, which is liu's brutality epic piece

before the rework in 5.1, you needed fx nunchaku to get the fire ball

but now, any fusion works

pretty awesome

it counts as basic hit dmg, so any gear or character that supports basic atk dmg boost will help the fireball a lot

and crits of course

if u put it on mk11 liu, when his fireball hits it will apply 1 stack of concussion

absolutely nuclear, this changes everything

1% block breaker and crit chance

it was so bugged before the rework

anyone who had it fx won the game

cuz it did around 300k dmg with no crit, no setup, and in no towers

but in towers u could easily do over 3 mil with a decent setup

basically his passive is that when any kl character does a debuff on a soaked enemy, it is 75% chance for it to become team

so for team soak, u gotta soak and then soak again for that 75%

thas way people run hellspawn scorpy or just have a ton of starting power gear

just do 2 sp2s immediately for that chance

he does about 20% of his sp dmg to whole team, but team soak makes any raiden deal their full 100% dmg to whole team

I was going to do it with leatherface to have enrage but male characters only do a single hit on special cancel, while female characters do 2 hits so... mileena is best for her high base attack
