His stun on tag-in lasts for so long that you can do several combos and then tag out before the opponent's stun timer is up
So theoretically if you have mk11 kabal and black dragon kabal, you could just tag them in and out and the opponent can never fight back unless they have stun resistance

however a lot of people have never thought about trying it usually because of the gear it takes and the fusions you need on them to deal real damage outside of their sp1 krushing blow bleed (or cuz they don't even know how to do the setup right)
