MK11 Liu Kang is heavily kountered by MK11 Raiden, as he is immune to Liu Kang’s Power Steals on his tag in, but Liu Kang and his MK11 Team become immune to Blind and kounter all evasions in the game, even Assassin Team, Varan Jacket, Nightmare Jason and Erron Black with Varmint’s Ace in the Hole in Duel Mode.

MK11 Liu Kang is also really good with unblockable chance equipments like Stunt Award, Shintai of Revenge or Rockin’ Bowling Stones.

Now it's harder to grind challenges on my beginner account with the bronze section

Grinding anything with autobattle turned on generally gives me a headache. The ally AI just permablocks and never uses SPS, never cancels into SPS, even if its unblockable. Meanwhile enemy AI uses specials in gaps between your basics, and nukes you with with specials the second you let them move.

I don't know about you, but the two of them are dragging. I like them both.
The photo is outdated, though, because I pumped Scorpion, but it doesn't change the essence.

Fuse silvers and focus on getting silver kenshi, he will carry your silver team due to spec op/martial artist synergy. The best way to do this is by completing the 2 towers in challenge mode and doing battle mode. 30k koins for a silver pack is cheap, so start there.

Once you do that and get fusions going, once you have 150 souls, spend it on the gold pack to start on getting golds. Once you get golds, if you can, try to set characters aside for quests. If you find you are struggling for leveling up, Faction Wars is your best bet. They give alot of Exp. In the mean time, doing quests gives you decent amount of souls throughout waiting the timers.

Once you get gold characters to decent level and fusions. Try your hand in krypt mode, you can probably try to gain the golds there per week. Even 1 or 2 a week is great for a beginner.

Once you have some golds, open the diamond packs. MK11 or Klassic. MK11 is the better pack to open for diamond chance. I know challenge characters seem cheaper but for the extra 100 souls, you have a chance for a diamond which is worth it for a chance of a diamond. You will get a challenge cars regardless for the 300 or 400 pack. Now if you want some nice golds, I know klassic pack has klassic characters which are good in of itself but the mk11 challenge golds are a decent mix.

From there it's jist rinse and repeat Challenge mode, krypt, quests, tower mode [and battle mode if not completed.]
