in his passive, it states that when lighting strikes hurricaned opponents, 3 additional lighting strikes will appear
however they do not tell us that those bonus lightning strikes deal 1.6% max hp damage per strike
if you keep landing lightning hits vs hurricaned opponents, it is essentially like using dots against them

And if the torture is maxed I can reflect the debuffs that are applied
