mehhhh challenge gold(scourge baraka, vampiress mileena, DB bo rai cho etc),

superb challenge gold(KCJC, KCSB, KLSB, HH, Dark Raiden etc),

faction war store gold ( no. 1 priority KL scorp, kl ermac(0 fusion is enough for boss battle).. the other KL SZ and Kobu Tanya ; skip them..

$$$ gold(Lizard Baraka, KC Cassie etc), beware of their passive whether they're really that good or not.

super special gold( bloody darn good the KL Smoke) if your main team is KL team.

that's just a brief insight for beginners... btw, fatal towers isn't meant for gold challenge characters with exclusion for previous earlier towers.. this days new fatal towers seems to be unlikely for gold challenge..they make it harder.

You've got a semidecent spec ops team. The one of the easiest ways to get strong characters early game is to aim for high fusions on silver characters. If you keep grinding regular gold packs for 2 weeks or so you can get a pretty good fusion 2-3 character, but if you decide to invest in neg packs and other diamond packs, there's the chance of getting a diamond (good stats and often good passive) or a challenge gold (good support for your high fusion silver and decent stats when leveled).

So it comes down to gold packs (easier to get higher fusions) vs diamond packs (decent stats and better support for your silvers)

Yeah what I'd recommend is get 1 -2 mk11 scarlet packs to try for a good character, and use your golds + fused silvers to grind souls and save for Christmas sale

that's not a viable option for super early game

you need to have a good quest team after about a week or 2 which can be done by buying the 200 soul gold packs which gives lots of koins and a gold card to build up a kollection

once you can do the best 1 hour quests in outworld and good 8 hours in outworld, then you can try and go for skarlet
