This happens. I got eyes from just 1 quest of 24hrs yesterday. I found this method doing much effective. Run 1 day quest, spend souls to finish it when 7 he timer is left, rest of day do 1 hr quest. In this way you can get more eyes without any expense (you will get soul spent from 1 hr quest).

Yes, you can get, let's say 25 and you reach the target, but if the other 2 quests also drops eyes, then those eyes are gonna be saved for the next time the event arrives

i believed it can only be so if your running quest was before the eyes maxed up, like that guy only need 20 more but he does 3 quest, so it count as valid that he can still get eyes because he's not yet fill the amount needed, but if you're already have the required amount then the eyes won't drop again, im not so sure tho
