Max his sp1, use precision talent tree, power reduction gear or power regen boost gear is good choice too. Use support talent tree that reduce power usage and offense talent tree that boost sp1 damage. This is specific setup, if you want to buy fw equipment, shang tsung stone for power reduction, or devastator for sp1 boost.

Haha. Block breakers don't work on me. I only block 1% of the time. We all have our strategies. I've never had a problem finishing any tower. So my set up approach is controlling the fight and not letting the enemy attack very much.

My strategies win nearly every battle first go. Bosses maybe a few fights. The enemy usual only takes a combo to get them falling back and you hit them with a critical hit or special. Doesn't need to say block breaker.

When I use v. Mileena, the enemy allways tag out on every 7 seconds, and the bleed timer just reset without bleeding. So infinity vital of blood can keep bleeding and it gives more chance to healing. 💁♂️
You can use her Shai as weapons.
Shinok: shokan armore to reflect Spec atacks and inflict bleed.
bloodsucker or bound demon for healing, or any spec2 boost. For example tottoo or soul medalion.

But if you are a new player or newer who has decent but not many diamond or powerful cards Shang stone is a game changer because that 30% of health taken away is insane. Toughness= reduces the damage you take, the higher your toughness, the less damage you take from opponents(depends on damage and attack stat of opponent though)

Really which card you use is a character to character question generally I use toughness equipment on my damage dealers that risk the possibility of taking a beating while pure health gear goes on tanks who might not necessarily see as much action in the fight. But this can vary player to player and strategy to strategy

You need to understand toughness equation first. Your character's toughness should be greater than the attacking character's toughness to reduce damage. So it's purely a matter of which character you and your opponent us using. Applying toughness gear on a low toughness character wouldn't make any difference as opponent attack would still be greater. You can watch video on toughness on youtube to understand better
To answer your question, 15% health is always better than the best toughness gear.

Yeah the helmet is not mentioned because the hammer is epic and the helmet is rare. Helmet falls under the rare drop rate, whatever that is. I think it's 35% or skmrhktng like that. So out of that 35% it is 1 or many different signature rare cards to drop. Chances are pretty slim for a specific rare card

Does anyone have KWT Weather Warfare fused enough times to enable 3 successive hits? I know it's up to 4 when frozen at FX, but I'm wondering when it becomes 3? Have it at F1 and the only long term ability difference was a 5% increase still at 2 hits w/frozen. Combos of course are thrown 3 at a time so it's really easy to completely miss the benefit here. Ikr. If my experimental probability correct (which it probably isn’t), with a rounded chance of 50% chance of common equipment each drop, each pack you buy has a 12.5% chance to be only commons. But for me, almost every pack is all that way.

You can still check them on your kollection, shang stone has decrease sp cost and recovery, takes away 30% of the remaining hp from the opposing team at FX(FW only). Devastator has a chance to steal power and special 1 boost, also gives bonuses if the enemy has matching factions at FX. Blaze has a chance to set the enemy on fire at the start of the match and some extra burn bonus, power drains as well at FX. Vodoo doll has reduced power cost, dmg on fw and power gen at FX.

it’s useful alot for mk11 scorpion, you can melt your opponent with the amount of fire, mk11 scorpion’s second combo ender also gives fire to the opponent so it stacks
and with sp2 he can deal alot of damage and he will also give bleed

I dont know about console version. But it's now trash. You are using it wrongly and not utilising it properly. For shinnok himself it's just a great piece. You you talk about trash then it's ST equipment

one of the best thing about shang tsung is his power gen and sp2, which also has blockbreaker, so rarely can be blocked. his morphing is jusy bonus for adapting in certain situation where he can make use enemy sp.

Doll because it can reduce power cost and 15% power gen and 10% fw boost where as stone only gives recovery and power reduction cost and 30% damage done to whole team when you kill one in fw only. Doll can be useful in fw and outside while stone is only useful in fw so I guess it depends

Oh well most fw equipment is different and maybe sometimes u wanna change up the equipments so. But both of them are good if you don’t go for the stone maybe go for the sash as it’s useful for reducing unblockable attacks and blinds the enemy
