As a beginner you're going nowhere near making even past 1 floor in realm klash, towers just use what's your best bet but sometimes the modifiers will push you to have using different setup cause your main will be either nerfed for that battle or take too much damage as match goes and die before you're able to kill your enemy

Like I use Mk 11 jade for boss battles as additional support when it has that bleed thing every now and then, MK 11 Jade heals your other teammates who are affected by bleed / poision / fire so it helps there

It's all about the flexibility at beginning, try different setups make presets and see what works around

Sticking to 1 setup will kinda just bind you down honestly with less fun
