Doesn't buff DOT or damage when tagged out. So not as useful on supports that do assisted attacks or DOT teams.
If the opponent doesn't apply buffs then there isn't anything to steal.
You need high resistance if you want the damage boost.

1. Check if any tower or Krypt gears are f3 then immediately fuse them to f4.
2. Now whatever is left keep them for sometime till you get a really crazy gear like weekend dad, or varmit hat.
3. Never use them on legacy gears.

Sick burn. I feel that's just every patch note they dish out where it's 90% inaccurate. Worse case with passive ability nowadays is they're technically wrong or correct but definitely vague. Most of the issues stated in the patch notes I've never even heard of nor encounter.
