WHAAAAT my characters have been dead for eternities now. I thought the only way was to get revive potions and 16 of my characters have been dead for months. Mk11 Stsung is not getting credit for KO'ing Raiden if defeated in his form, or with Sp3 since he assumes Raidens form just during the Sp3.

Also, something is wrong with the way characters numbers are determined. Health for example is being figured low. 99,800 health plus 35% health from equipment shows closer to 25% [122,200]

My mk11 scorpion is not crippling the opponent with the crushing blow and the opponent don't have any debuff resistance. His elbow strike used to kill very low opponents but most of the time now it deals damage but does not kill

Is anybody noticing some kind of defect or bug with Battle 189? It seems like revenant comes on but (and no it doesn't wear off that quickly) but if I am on the receiving end of a Boob Saibot special 2, or an MK11 Kabal special, the revenant doesn't work and the character dies.

Had a weird bug on the KW tower vs a team that had Dark Fate Terminator, my MK11 Kabal ran in when the animation for his transformation/revive and it interrupted the animation keeping both regular Arnold and the exeoskeleton both on the same screen. I took a screenshot of it, the exoskeleton model is t-posing while the regular model is standing in the usual fighting stance. Froze the fight too, I screen recorded the fight after it froze so it's just the models idling with the T-posing exeoskeleton on the Arnold one

Theres nothing you can do but hope they fix your game save, whatever you do on your device cannot fix game save issue, as the game is online based, saves are on their server. Send ticket again if you wish, and hope the support officer who received it knows what to do to help you. Fixing game save stored on a server do require more than just support officer, it will need to be passed on to the tech people who manage the data server. I think its different from giving people souls or characters, they can just send command via console to update saves. Unless they can clear survivor status remotely, but they would have done that by now if they can or its that simple.

Actually, FX Triborg Smoke’s raw stat of recovery is 41,580, which every other boosts take base from.

There is a bug when loading teams: other characters (not on the loaded team) get equipped certain gear which is stripped of other characters. If the stripped characters are on a quest which is then repeated without a prior restart of the game, the quest crashes (ie is not repeated eventually).

Here is a concrete example: I load a team from my list (kenchi, Liu Lang, Kung Lao equipped with tower gear), Injustice 2 Raiden gets Boraichoos flask. When Boraichoo was send to a quest equipped with his flask, the quest cannot be repeated (you can press repeat, but it does not restart after 30secs of spinning)

Yes. A lot of people have this happen which results in most people not using preset teams since it will randomly decide to mess up gear on characters not in the preset. There is no known fix other than to avoid using presets

If you are still having connection issues, that means you may have dns problem. Your service provider dns may have time outs. Use vpn that allows to use custom dns, use google or opendns. On samsung phone, use samsung max app, it defaults to samsung own cloud dns or your 4g service dns. Worth a try, sometimea i have time outs even on 4g, and using opendns, switching to another like google dns solved it.

A theory would be is that they have to actually look into the accounts and determine if they are cheating, based off of any number of criteria.

Customer support cant ban players, dev or nrs can. It might take awhile, people with dead cards glitch on survivor dont get fixed for many weeks, maybe they are busy. I havent seen again accounts that i have reported, maybe they moved to another faction, maybe they got banned, who knows.

Servers don't tolerate latency issues, so that's why people with wifi and/or living in some regions may have problems entering the game, it's completely normal, unfortunately.

Sometimes the ping to the mkm gameserver increases and I can even see packet losts. Wifi/4g/vpn are temporary solutions , unfortunately.

I’m wondering if anyone can help. Essentially long story short my characters after each season remain dead, I’ve asked on reddit and this is a similar situation for quite a few of us. I’ve contacted customer support and followed all their resolutions (which I’m grateful for) but they haven’t worked. On reddit people have said that there’s a few devs on here, I was wondering if anyone knows off any solutions or whether this issue is likely to be fixed? If this issue has been posted before or this is being posted in the wrong discord I do apologise, just really want this to be fixed as I love this game!

got this problem since 2 months @olive latch as for their resolutions its just what they recommend with any bug , problem you encounter in games supported by them . had 3 completely different problems on 3 different games and the resolution was always the same and never worked. sadly support seems almost non existent and you can only hope for netherrealm to patch it eventually if enough people post the issue. wouldnt hold my breath though

the changes lead to other issues though, most of the survivor problems is caused by this low tolerance. survivor highly depends on stable connection, glitch like permanent dead teams may be caused by saves update corruption due to time outs or latency when new season starts. easing back to like in 2.7 and 3.0 might easily fix or prevent that.

When the new fw season starts/current ends, if you have permanent dead teams issue, try to stay inside survivor modes when the transition occurs, play 7 quick battles during this time, your battle points should be calculated into new season and hopefuly the new season reset works. Keep stable and good internet connection.

really sorry to hear that, guess your survivor progress may have encountered glitch, its kept on their server, only nrs can fix it. i was hoping staying in survivor helps restore the corrupted survivor states, looks like server cant refresh the corrupted save.

we have to be careful when in survivor now, any time outs or latency during end of battle update or loading opponent in fight screen can also corrupt your tower progress. when this happens, there are 2 possible outcome, at end of tower glitch, your team and gear stays alive, not survived, and battle counter advance beyond limit, or your team is dead upon restart. both can lead to tower crash when you enter it again, and the game tries to load opponents syncing status to server. the tower is unusable for the whole season.
i had this several times, but it always fixed on new season refresh.

Hello there, Anyone facing with "Data Connection Reqiured" error while enter the game? I did reinstall the game and connect another WB Account but i cant connect my main account. When i enter my main account it says "Associated..." but nothing happends. Then I restart the game and it says "Data Connection Required" Error. I did try with another phone but still same. Another phone can enter any WB Account but when i trying mine nothing happends and after restart game it dont connect. it says "Data Connection Required."

@late yoke Clean caches, if didn't work delete and reinstall the app before you reinstall make sure you create and account on Mkmobile webpage (webplay.com) so your progress and game is save not permanently deleted. After installation of the game restart you phone, if you still got the same issue then wait for 3.2 updates there's no other way you can solve this issue.

The survivor mode bug happens when you play survivor when season resets, for the future try to avoid that. For the present, don't hesitate to submit a ticket using the form (https://go.wbgames.com/MKhelp) and fill all the details you can about your account. This bug is happening to a lot of people so the more reports the better.

If you play on more than one device, and run the game on both concurrently, one of them will display such warning. Simply quit the game on one of the device. If you only play on 1 device, very likely someone has your account credentials and using it.

i've been trying to get my progress back for months but i accidentally associated my level 60 main account with an alt. i still have the achievements i got on my main, but my characters, koins, and souls are all gone. does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this? i considered trying to delete my google account unintentionally associated, but i'm afraid even if i get rid of it nothing will happen. does anyone have any suggestions? i don't want to start over because i made so much progress

All progress is saved in the cloud. That is unless you did not make an account for wb ( u can find it in the game menu ) If you have that account still active ( not deleted ) then your progress should be saved along with all of your characters and currencies

We cannot guarantee that bugs will be fixed at next update since we're not developers. All we know, we know because we play the game as much as you lol. Your best bet is to keep sending tickets with screenshots of your kollection and diagnostics stuff so support is aware of that.

i can log into my account, the account is still active; i have logged into the account but the problem is that i dont have my progress and i think it's because i accidentally associated a different account with that one

. when you log in you get a question like "this account is linked to an old save, would you like to restore the old account. (yes) (no)" so if you press to not restore, the old progress are gonna be lost and the new will take it place on that account. that means your old progress got deleted and the email or the account is now linked to your new progress.

I've been playing black dragon erron black frequently the past few weeks and noticed he is giving periodic cover fire to non-black dragon teammates. Mind you, this is not tag-in cover fire, but continued cover fire every 12 seconds. I'm not complaining because this ghelps me, but it is obviously a bug because the teammate is not black dragon. FYI.

I have the same issue. It might be a Halloween taunt on a character you haven’t unlocked yet. You need a normal FOS to see them to clear it or need to draw them from a pack to unlock. At least that was the advice I got. I haven’t been able to draw a normal FOS of that character nor got him from a pack yet so I don’t know if that will get rid of the issue but that was the advice given to me for the same issue

Same thing with me the moment I activated the game is crashing. Only when I restore to bacic instalment and then after beginners guide,I go to wb account and sign in, only then I can do something with my account. I gad that prob. Then I reset on basic instal and passed intro then sign in with my WB acount and they were alive. But now its crashing moment I start it from yesterday afternoon. I did same go back to basic instal pas intro sign in and its working. But it doesn't give me free souls after watching videos and when I played Pharo Ermac tower, it didnt recharge my players after watching the video. Something its wrong. Now I went out and its crushing again the moment I started. Only way at the moment is erase all to basic instal pass intro and sign in on WB account. I am playing on phone Android. Yesterday Google Chrome and Android Webview had crashing issues in many apps such as Gmail, Email, Tumblr, Discord, and more. Today Google released a patch for both of these apps to fix the issue so please update Chrome and Webview (if you can) for everything to work again

This didn't worked for me. I uninstalled the game, deleted cache and installed again, and my team kept broken. When FW season started all the broken cards from previous season kept broken 😦

Hello, I was playing survivor in hard mode (9 battles)...after finishing them, my team was not broken like usual so i was confused. I tried to play another hard mode match but the game kept crashing and not allowing me to play this mode anymore. Other than that the game works fine even with the other towers like the elder, normal and easy... Ermac's challenge is working fine too...it's just with this hard tower...i tried deleting cache and restarting my phone but it didn't work, so what could be my problem?

wait till next season start. you had encountered a glitch on your last battle of the hard tower which cause the team still playable when its supposed to be marked as survived. usually caused by network time out on your last battle summary screen. your battle counter for hard tower would also go above the limit.

that bug is recurring among all players, like Draco said, the known workaround is to avoid playing survivor mode (or have active towers in survivor) while season ends. Be sure to end all towers before the hour. The only thing MK11 Scorpion shares with the others is that after the spear, there is a slight enemy confused animation and they cant attack, however they can block during it

MK11 has had cripple on SP1 since he came out way back in 2.0, and cripple is not even a guaranteed debuff since you need to do his krushing blow

servers are heavily delayed, sometimes rewards can’t be collected, collecting quests can cause you to restart game, chance that opening packs will give you error and no pack. Chance that you can’t collect rewards from challenges, while playing survivor you will be lagged out/ forced to restart game and lose all characters, failure to save online message

Big problem with many fighters. They hit once and the don't finish the combo. They stuck and remain totally vulnerable to enemy attacks. Firstly it was only mk11 scorpion but now Im facing the same problem with other fighters also.

Ok I,ve done the new bug fix update but encountered something new... when your opponent triggers your bone shield after doing a special attack you are supposed to be like unstoppable or something... I mean that even if u don't block, your opponent can't land a hit on you as long as you have boneshield...however, after this update, even if you have boneshield, the AI can hit you but you take no damage...think of it as circle of shadow Jax Briggs's passive...is this part of the bug fix or is this a new bug?

I tried submitting a ticket to fix the issue I'm having. At some point when I was playing, it said my account was being played on another device and the game closed out on me. When I reopened my game to change the password, the game had reverted to the very beginning. I played through the tutorial, changed my password, logged back in, and, for some reason, my account was associated with the brand new account after playing through the tutorial. So basically I lost my entire account. When I submitted a support ticket, they said they couldn't bring back the old account. They said all they could do was give me back any souls I purchased, which is 0 since I'm f2p. When I asked if they could just use a restore point from before my account vanished, they said that if my account wasn't backed up to the cloud, there was nothing they could. My account has been on the cloud for years. In fact, as of version 2.0, everything is stored on the cloud, not my local device, so their advice reflects a grave misunderstanding of the basic functionality of the game. Is there anyone I can talk to or anywhere else I can go? My account is multiple years old with over 30 maxed diamond characters on it. I don't want to lose all this progress but support isn't "supporting" me at all.

Your account may very well have been hijacked or stolen. When someone logged in with your credentials, you are forced to quit the game. At that point you should have made screenshots and report it to support so they can track down the new account used to associate with your save. They may be able to revert the change and give your save back. This is unfortunately too late as you have log in again after doing tutorial which meant that you were associating new player save with your email credentials. In a way, you have prevented the possibility to regain back the save.
The only other way now is to find out who have managed to acquire your credentials and took over your acc save. And if you have player id screen from the past, you can try report the acc name that now has identical player id/public id shown under diagnostic, as it was stolen from you. I think thats the last resort.
Try to discuss this with support, see if they are willing to confirm player id that you have is being used by another acc. they can check the acc login history of the player that took over your save.

So yeah, I logged into MKM and all of a sudden the game flipped out cycling through pages and tried making a google purchase before stallng out due to lack of connection. I tried to turn off my phone, I came back, there were no cards that appeared.... I got a notification for a bill for $16. Any chance I can refute this purchase?

It can be done with golds. I use FX golds. The key for me is not to hit tremor and use KL scorp to keep EB and Kabal tagged in. You can usually beat EB fairly easy. It is not doing damage to tremor so KL will snare kabal is the key. Once tremor is left, let him go to lava form, crippple and it should be easy to finish

Found a weird bug with smoke and attic wind level in the sorcerer tower. Smoke can resist attic wind which means he can reflect it onto the enemy per his passive. When he does this, the opponent takes the freeze but you can’t move either.

There is a worst version when I was hit by the opponent, attic freeze hit and the opponent froze at that moment. It was like it registered the hit but froze it there so it sounded like a machine gun and I just watched smokes life disappear from apparently that hit right as he got frozen registering rapidly.
