@dreamy ether that is exactly why I stopped using presets. It would work for the guys in the preset but would randomly remove gear from teams not in the preset. That gear was only used by that one character so there was no reason for that gear to be removed. I would enter a match and get owned to find the gear off a character not related to a preset nor has any of the gear on that preset somehow lost his gear. What was weird is that it would randomly start assigning gear to other characters so I had no idea who had what. After manually changing the gear back twice, I just stopped using presets

yes. it's a bug. i notified them several times. they said they will address ir in next patch. you can still win if you have a way to stop Terminator from resurrecting. I used the Shao Kahn special 2. I have beaten the tower 2x now with Shao Kahn used in that battle. Take out Terminator right away and you're good to go. You can also use early brutality to take him out if you adjust your talent tree to include Brutal Endings in the offense section and use a character who can do a brutality.

And there was a "wave" of banned accounts a few weeks/month ago, then there was a notice about violating terms of service. I don't know where the terms of service even ARE in the game, but anyway, that might be the issue, or if you had a really large amount of souls I have heard folks get banned for that, because it looks like the game considers those accounts suspect. Contact support via the pinned message link, it's a separate web page and you have to fill out all kinds of information.

that makes no sense. I saved up to around 57K before the discounted packs that dropped this week. Another player on Reddit saved up to 121K souls. Your currency doesn'tt matter as long as you got them legitimately.

An emulator is fine, vpns are fine, and for sure an high amout of souls if earned legit won't get you banned

Having an account on two different devices is fine, but giving your email and password to another one is against the ToS

If you think you got wrongly banned you can appeal the ban

Also when you appeal the ban they review the account manually, so if they keep you banned is because both the anticheat and the one who reviewed the account found something wrong in it

They have increased their game security, the one we had few days ago was the second banwave to clear all the remaining cheaters that survived the first one

But here’s the thing. It’s not accurate because I also got banned and I didn’t cheat. I spend a ton of money on tower gears which I open live on my YouTube and Twitter channels. Why would I cheat when I have money to spend on ingame purchases?

To give you an idea of how much I spent, I maxed out all the gears from the shirai ryu tower by purchasing multiple grand tower packs and epic gear packs from the store in the game.

I have all the receipts so a player like me doesn’t have a reason to buy stuff from third parties because money is not a problem for me and so spending real $$ on the game is not a big deal.

On Nightmare Tower (first run through) on battle 60 (DOTD boss team), whenever my Aftershock Tremor tags in, it soft-locks the game and neither me or the enemy can attack, letting the timer just run down until the defeat screen. Some other details: They can tag in/out and gain power, but not attack or use specials. I cannot tag in/out, I don't gain power on Tremor, but I still do on my tagged-out teammates. My Tremor is F3, lvl 30 and happens regardless of having equipment or not.

It also only gives me gold as a reward, but I don't think that part is a bug 😅

My team with my MK11 Skarlet keeps saying when i load the preset for Faction Wars that some equipment is being used by other characters and will unintentionally unequip used items and it only does it to my MK11 Skarlet she has Wrath Hammer equipped Blood Shokan Armor equipped and a Blood Vial of some sorts equipped (personal item for Skarlet characters). Everytime i load up that preset it gives me that message and unequips everything from Skarlet i dont have any of those equipment on any other characters.

Please let us know what the outcome is. That same issue has been reported multiple times by several other players. It makes the presets useless. The most annoying part is that even if it works correctly for the characters in the preset, it will remove unrelated gear randomly from characters not at all related. So you will massively fail in some fights only to realize all your gear is messed up. Most people don’t even bother with presets which is a shame

In survival mode , fatal tower, first fight. I knocked out gold Liu Kang and he did not changed to the next fighter. He keeps blocking and I can not attack much more anyone. And only one way is Exit the battle and lose currect fighters and gear.

Hey! Had a weird problem here during Faction Wars (actually 2) Quick Battle that Kenshi was defeated, but still there around until the battle finished in stance animation, was kinda funny. Don't bothered much, actually. Had a screenplay of that.

The other one I don't have an image, but I can take a screen since I didn't fight with him yet. The survival mode was giving bonus to Martial Artists Kards, but Hanzo Hasashi Scorpion is not receiving any bonus, while other Scorpion Kards are receiving. This one in specific, kinda that affects me, since Hanzo is one of my strongest kards...

I’ve had the BD Tremor glitch twice. Once in Survivor. Both times I think I hit SP1 unblocked and I couldn’t do anything but tag.

There’s another glitch where you can’t put people on your team, unless you change the order, put someone in front of them or flip it down.

It's not necessarily an INTERNET problem, it's a connection to WB's server problem. The two aren't exactly the same. Though the game language will lead you to believe that.

Keep trying, restart your phone, use a different Wi-Fi and basically do all the random ritual stuff we do when technology doesn't work. Shut it on and off, disconnect the router for 10 seconds and plug it back in to power, etc.
