If your device is nearly full that may be causing problems too, the game needs memory to work, and since we dropped the support for iOS 8 or 9 or whichever one it was about two months ago??? it probably needs more resources.

both IJ2 and MK are having problems on wifi.

on my end I've learned that at very specific times like 7pm to 11pm and 12nn to 2pm I would get the "Needs Data Connection" error

@cerulean mulch You gotta delete that second period somehow..... and if you switched from iOS to Android, the game doesn't recognize that, the account is still there but you can't port it to a different operating system or access it from a different operating system.

That's probably the issue. If you can bluestacks on a computer I'm not sure that's "legal" to use what they consider an emulator, but I've used it for Simpsons and Fallout Shelter.

Yeah one email = one account, UNLESS one is on iOS and the other is on Android. Those two databases don't talk to each other AFAIK.

Yeah keep at it folks, if there's something in-game that's messing up your connections enough reports might get it noticed, staying quiet about it won't help you. I know it's a pain but it might get you some fixes. Best try to be accurate about your OS version, too. I'm going to point at Weezer cover Africa. Be persistent.

When COS Liu kang uses his special 1 and it knocks out an mk11 opponent , mk11 kabal tags in if he is on the team and his fatal blow passive doesn’t activate. He does the stun animation and it says “around the world” for his fatal but he doesn’t perform it.

On faction wars, when your team runs out of energy, the recharge team button will be active if you still have a chance (5x a day). But sometimes, when i clicked the button, no ad appear, and the screen just deactivated, can't receive any touch. The counter on characters still ticking, but the screen just not receiving any input.
When that happens, i have to reset the game, which means i lost the position on the ladder.

Hi guys I think is just a minor game bug but I thought I would point it out. The bug I talk about is stun blocking, so for example I have I2 raiden and use my special one and radien’s passive pops the AI/Online players character will stay block, and I don’t think this is Intentional, but it’s a very minor bug that I’ve ran into multiple times, so but idk 🤷🏻

It's not gone, it's "trapped" on your original operating system, meaning you can get to it, but you need an iOS device if you set the account up on iOS (Apple).

Both Kabals and SF Scorpion tags-in even after Sonya locked them due to their own passive.

You can create an alias in gmail which will pull emails directed to that mail server. I am however not sure if you’ve used an email appended with @mkx as that is a domain that you don’t own but still worth a try.

Game froze at the post-match rewards screen on Faction War Survivor Level 6/9. I was unable to get the game to unlock & closed the game. As soon as I strike the final blow - the game freezes and crashes/restarts. When restarted I am not moved to the next level and I need to repeat the fight. I thought it was a one time issue, but it happened twice now. Lots of souls and effords wasted.

Greetings. As said...before me by @primal gull, @hazy socket and maybe others I too have a problem with the win of fight number 186 of the Nightmare tower. As soon as I strike the final blow - the game freezes and crashes/restarts. When restarted I am not moved to the next level and I need to repeat the fight. I thought it was a one time issue, but it happened twice now. Lots of souls and effords wasted.

@primal gull I can understand you've figured this in order to proceed, but this is...not the way. I would have to reset the talents I've recently reconfigured because of the new update and now to learn them anew and so...just for an issue that they are aware by lots of people and not handling it - I'd say they'd fix it, not finding ways ourselfs for their wrongdoings.

The release notes.say bug.related to starting quests.was fixed, but I'm still having problems starting Netherrealm quests. I seem to be able to more reliability repeat them throughout the day with this new 3.01 update, but this evening a new Faction Wars season was started. I did.one set in survivor mode then I loaded a saved team that received a warning that some of their equipment was unavailable (used in first set). I manually filled in their available slots with other equipment and played a second survivor set. Then i went to try and repeat my three quests but one of the NR quests wouldn't start anymore until I emptied their gear and loaded new gear.

Game stopped on NT186 after terminator turned into endo. That bug still persist. And NT190 it happened again after I brutalized kano. This game is still full of bugs!

Fight 186 isnt fixed. When Terminator is killed (metal Terminator) it freezes and game crashes. This has been happening since before Skarlet Update. I stopped counting how many times this has happened.
Refighting a fight you just won makes me want to uninstall. Please fix this.

That said, I think it's a little extreme/unreasonable to ask me to totally revamp my talent tree to avoid an in game bug. This has already cost me souls, and fight opportunities (that are a precious few). This is a high level fight and we all fight in a manner that utilizes the talent tree.

@elfin moss I can relate. But I beat them using L60 KG, KRdn and AJ. Only she had brutality equipment. And I had the brutal ending talent maxed. Just take screenshots of your current talent tree first. It's only 12 Souls to reset it. I know it can possibly affect your integrity to have to stoop to changing your talent tree, especially for an in-game issue, but since LKT essentially forced me to use shields (Revenant and Shinnok's Teachings) when I thought their usage was beneath me, I decided that anything goes in Kombat and I believe that I have leveled the playing field somewhat closer to true.

@tight folio correct, server down times happens even with major it institutions. But if you can't access and up your servers in 3 hours, than you have a serious problem on who is handling it.

There is something called Remote Desktop Server that allows you to have an access from anywhere in the world
If something bigger has happened that your servers burned, than you are really screwed and not up to job

@wide jacinth I am basing it off having playing years of games that had spontaneous server issues. I'm not claiming to be knowledgeable on the subject, but I am trying to be respectful to the employees who are doing what they can. Typically the companies would say, "we are trying to pinpoint the problem and will update when we find it," and it could take 20 minutes or 2 hours. I would assume it really depends on what the issue is and how abnormal it is, but again, I don't know the inner workings. 👍

I will finish on the fact that the majority of employees working on the game are doing their jobs. They have no control over the management, marketing, and how things are shown or shared publicly, and I don't think they deserve any misnomer when they are doing what their specialize at, which may be the graphic design, UI design, programming, etc. They're just doing what their higher-ups tell them to, and they are the people I am referring to in my above posts. They're the ones I am trying to give a little sympathy towards when a spontaneous problem occurs.

Nope, it was a fault when you downloaded, not because you downloaded from it. It happens often with such big games, and that error message is similar to what steam does, check the integrity of the files. If they don't pass the test, you must download it again.

what happened to me was that I updated the game (my account was already in the game before I updated it) I updated it, I opened it and my account had restarted, I tried to start session but I realized that my email was already associated with the new account

I guess this has been reported a lot lately, but Brutal Ending talent in general keeps freezing the match, no matter what character is killed after used (this mostly happens with scorpion but everyone is affected, is like a small chance your game freezes after using a brutality)
I just think it's really weird bugs like battle 186 or brutal ending freezing the game werent fixed, yet an Erron black bug on auto mode i personally never heard of, did got fixed....

EDG, I didn't do anything. I played the heck out of battle mode on auto fast fighting.
I also use Caro Guidance on every quest (its cumbersome but can be done without exploit), and I have been doing it for months maybe even over a year without seeing any complaints anywhere.
I have played the game, I have learned the ins and outs of each mode. I play a lot (Too much). As we talked about yesterday, no 3rd party buying or selling (I've got too much time invested to risk), couldn't hack if I wanted too.
I think it's fair to ask, What did I do to deserve this? I should at least be able to understand the issue, and the only person that has taken a millisecond is you. For that, I thank you. That said, I'll move to another game and they'll lose a revune generator of they don't fix this to my satisfaction.

Yeah, but if your team loses its gear from its save slot, based on some other team that you're trying to make that's unrelated to this team, and you have to manually change the gear equipped to your team whenever you load it, then the concept of saved team with gear is void. I'm telling you, this is a bug.

Ok I'll explain how I see it: I have elder God Kenshi in one of my presets and Balanced Kenshi in another preset. Naturally both of them are equipped with sento blade in their respective presets. If I load one of those teams, sento blade will be equipped on the Kenshi of that team while the other kenshi loses this equipment. But if I load back the team with the other kenshi then he will be the one with the blade instead of the previous Kenshi
And this continues as long as I load them from presets. If I dont load the preset then for sure one of the Kenshi will have the Blade and the other wont

@cursive idol So we are definitely failing to understand each other to some degree. What you described is exactly how it is SUPPOSED to work. Indeed, it works for me that way the majority of the time. However, every day or two I will try to load my team, and it no longer has any equipment! None! No equipment, on any of my team's character cards. I try closing the game and reopening it. Then I try loading my saved team again. Still, no equipment! Where did it go? I reluctantly have to manually reload the equipment, including the Sento Blade, which is usually used on every team I build, and then I have to overwrite and save the team again to get their equipment back. And after a day or two, I will have to repeat this same frustrating process again.
Are you saying your SAVED teams never lose their gear? Because it's happening to me often, and on several of my teams. And I've also seen other people complaining about this same problem in the general channel.
As I frequently swap equipment around to teams that I send into hourly quests, and some of that equipment has been saved to some of my teams, I cannot help but to theorize that this behavior (bug) is somehow related to that fact, especially given that sometimes I still have trouble starting my quest, despite the fact that update 3.0.1 supposedly fixed that particular bug.
I sure hope the devs take notice of this discussion
