The sword of Possessed Kenshi is broken. The blade is cut into a bunch of floating shards that rotate in place. The sword is fine during his X-ray move though.

I'm playing MK Mobile for more than 5 years, since the first week the game was released on IOS. And I'm truly glad that the game is still relevant and many people play it. But what do you developers do? Bring players to leave just disrespecting us? Some statistics. During the Halloween Tower, item drop was ~ 7.5%, while during the Kuan Liang Tower, it was ~3.5%. Now, in the Tower Black Dragon, out of 240 fights, I only got one card - 0.41%. Are you serious? So why should I, who have been playing for 5 years, stay in the game if the only thing was interest in the game for me in last 6 months is just annoying now? Why are you so greedy? Normal drop of items in the towers will bankrupt Netherrealm Studios? I wish you all the best and long live for MK Mobile

Explanation for the 50/100 souls reward in Dark Raiden's challenge:
The bug is only present for those who did raiden's challenge when elder difficulty came out, cause of the Kompletion Count, if you have one of these marks (you should legitemately have one only), challenge description will say "Complete this difficulty again to earn more rewards!", the reward should most likely be 50 souls and dark raiden's card, but it isnt, hence why it's most likely a bug from the developers

And also, raiden has it because he was the first character introduced with the elder difficulty when this difficulty was released, along with that Kompletion counter

It took me half an hour to complete a stupid offer which were supposd to reward me with 94 souls. I answered to all 20 question right (i also checked on google) and, in the end, after i have waited ~20 minute to "process" my answers (while I was flooded with unnecessary ads) the site told me that i only answered 16 of 20 questions right. It is a very high data consuming game. But one thing I think which should be fixed is that if there is a problem with the connection even for a second, and even if you're right in the middle of a battle, it repeatedly shows an error message on the middle of the screen like you need a data connection. This is so annoying when it happens! Once, I think the game automatically shut down because of this error before the connection was re-established

Well, yes actually, when Fatal BDT costed 150 souls and some people spent 300 souls on it, they gave me and others 100/200 souls back, some got 100 and others got 200 @glossy tiger

Already submitted a ticket about this however I didn't actually receive a fix for it. The game stops loading almost every evening in the UK. My WiFi is perfectly fine and works for everything else. Other people have this issue too. Obviously a problem with netherrealm servers...

@junior berry Yes exactly that's the issue I face that for Scorpion kards other than MK 11 I am able to use it, but in some rare cases it's like my MK11 kard uses a punch then stops even if I am tapping continuosly.

If you played the game under your alias Google Play Games earlier, then you can restore the save by going to your Google account from the Google Play Games application.
If you previously had a game link to your account and it cannot be restored after synchronization with your account, then try contacting the developer.

the filter in kollection is kinda broken now. when I filter equipment to unequipped equipment and get my card fully equipped and return after a fight there will be no reset button even though there is multiple filter active and i have to select another filter than the reset button will appear.

Hello I have also had the problem where the game crashes on the IPhone SE and nothing I have done seems to work. On the App Store it says that the game is compatible with the phone but it still doesn’t work. Is there a fix for this or is it a bug that needs to be fixed in the next update.

For those experiencing "data connection issue" , I have a solution to that, go to your settings, click storage, then other apps, then click mortal kombat, then click "clear cache". Then retry opening the game. It works, based on my experience 😊

MK11 Skarlets Blood rain Passive. It is suppose to deactivate when MK11 subzero's Passive activates and saves her. Cause when she defeats a character before Ice clone from sub0 and than gets knocked out and gets cloned her rain stops.

Try clearing the cache of the app in the settings, or switch from wifi to mobile data, or wait after an hour then relaunch the game. I hope that helps, it kinda helped me with these troubleshooting techniques 😅

Here’s a perfect example of game mismatch and unfairness. My most powerful team is no match for them. Unable to beat them. All I do is waste time and chances trying. Tower difficulty needs to be based on a player’s most powerful team, not just throwing out generic towers that only the hackers or pay to play players who are maxed out have a chance of beating. You are not encouraging anyone to spend more money on the game....more the opposite. If it’s no fun people just give up trying and go play a game that they can win at and probably spend money there instead of here. I cannot post my pic of my team here because it’s restricted.

Hacking equipment from the towers will somehow be fixed? Every 2nd battle in faction wars among opponents X epic gear from all towers. It's not funny. Why security issues are not resolved in this game, full of different online stores with currency and equipment, you yourself lose profit on this.

I don’t know in what way they crack new equipment, but souls break through the Shao Kan tower. some program scrolls the time in the game when the event is active and souls are received in the 5th tower of the Shao-kan. if you stop at the last battle of the tower, and then start over again, then you get souls again, do this until you have the right amount.

@frank haven in hard challenge you get the character card and the signature equipment of that char. Then in Elder you get different things for each tower you complete, and then the character if you complete them all.

@potent wadi I passed it a year ago, like raiden, but for raiden they gave me extra souls, 50 for the first difficulty and 100 for the second, and here it’s just a card

Cases I had are, combo-ender bleed of Vial of Infinite Blood somehow stopped Ravenous and SF Scorpion's regen in towers.
But doesn't stop them in FW

Today the game had some bugs and would not open, after I finally opened the game it was slow and laggy, so I opened 4 packs and then closed the game, 1 hour later I opened the game and it automatically opened a pack for me! I contacted support and this is their response! 320 souls gone!

This game cheats. If it isn’t the lag that stop you from attacking no matter how fast you tap, it’s the fact that the game overrides when you select a special attack in favor of the game bots character, especially in the black towers. You want us to spend money on packs and souls and the game does this to us....fat chance I’d spend anything till it’s fixed!

By now, you can't. If you want to associate a new email to your profile, log into your account in the game, then create a new WBID with the email you want to use and your current profile will get associated to that new WBID you have created.

When i activate MK11 Skarlets Rain of blood, and Skarlets ice clone is activated the Rain of blood stops. Also the other MK11 teammate has the blood things on their arms which shows they should heal on bleeding opponent but they don't when Skarlets ice clone is activated. But when I activate Rain of Blood after ice clone has activated and Skarlet is defeated the rain doesn't stop. And in this scenario other MK11 teammates heal from bleeding opponent.

@rose parrot I seem to get the same effect losing sound in the game, but it's after Raid Shadow Legends, the one that's mostly cutscenes.

I get that, too, so you're not alone. Try restarting before you do the videos. I also lose audio so I have to close the game and open it again tp get it back.

Muy buenas yo quisiera comentar y ver si pueden resolver un problema ya que es el siguiente yo utilizo Memu Play para emular Android y jugar allí mortal kombat. Pero de allí radica el siguiente problema es con el tema anuncios ya sea para recuperar energía o sacar las 5 veces de almas gratis ya que no siempre carga los anuncios y se pierde el premio o no se recupera energía etc

@random mango That's the issue, you blame me before finding out whether I had reason or not. By the way, for this last issue you need to use a screen recorder in your phone and try to reproduce the bugs you found, then attach the resulting video in the WB Games Support page. That's the most effective way possible for reporting a bug.
