In this case the only thing i can do is to get this to an attorney since I’ve spent around 300$ on this game in less the a year , and this is called fraud and false accusations.

Because i send several emails to get an explanation what i am doing wrong in the game , maybe something with gameplay or something, but never got an clear answer, i even read the terms of use and didn’t find anything that i was violating. So i am very confused

If they can’t clarify this situation i will find more people like me that spend money on this game and then got banned for no reason. And give all the information to a lawyer since this is clearly a fraud.

Unlikely, even the Twitter accounts are botted, for the most part. Best bet is to try and express concerns towards @cactuspack on Twitter, although he doesn’t seem to really care either.

I’d suggest giving up on the game until you notice others having their bans lifted or until after the open fail is fixed. If they are not even bothered to fix a bug they’ve had before then they definitely won’t be bothered to have people manually go over ban appeals.

BTW, I received that reply within 8 minutes of submitting. I doubt that WB Games Support had enough time to properly review my case and draft that email. Honest question here, I had saved a lot of souls specifically to use when completing the event towers. Every 12 hours, when I did the tower challenges, I would use 100 souls to refresh my tower attempts twice (200 souls a day). This meant that I completed the regular tower about every week-and-a-half to two weeks (earning me a diamond character each time).

I can't imagine that that was the reason my account was suspended, but I also wonder if support thought it was suspicious activity since I was getting through the towers so quickly. Could that have been what triggered the suspension?

My team was a fusion V Assended Kombat Kup Sonia Blade (L60), Kombat Kup Johnny Cage (L60), and Klassic Sonia Blade (L60). Nearly unbeatable except by bosses.

Basically, I've heard of accounts being suspended in other games because players progressed too quickly, or something similar, which caused the cheating algorithm to flag their accounts. I'm just wondering if that's what happened here

Could you please fix the bug in survivor mode when the game crashes on a fight the Team gets kicked out of the season and marked as not survived. I just lost my main Team on battle 3, this is so annoying especially when it's happening when the season rewards are Strike Force characters which I'm grinding every time to get Johny Cage like he's the holy grail.
This is not an issue due to the update this is happening since the very beginning of survivor mode.

The most you can do is submit a ticket, but they are only sending out generic automated replies and it seems that everyone is being told that their accounts will now be "permanently suspended" due to violations of the terms of service.

As far as I am aware, not a single person here has been successful in contacting customer support. It doesn't look like they will take any steps to undo the wrongful banning. So my suggestion is that after a few attempts at appealing the ban, leave a one star review for the game and explain that they wrongfully suspended you.

I normally would suggest that you move on to another game (one that actually has better support) but if this game was so important to you, start a new file and pray that it doesn't get flagged and deleted as well.
