On his own he is painfull, double painfull if the opponent is crit immune. But i'll give some credits to him since he works good skarlet, 1 kb during blood rain and you get somewhere between 50%-75% of your hp back

her tag in attack is still bugged after 5 updates, her sp2 is no longer unblockable since 2 years and still not fixed. However, she is still an incredible support at f0 to MK11 Scorpion. So fusing her is not the greatest priority but having her - a top priority 😉
