Like I said, it's not a bad pack if someone needs one of these characters but it is for someone who doesn't and just want something to spend spend souls on since there are many better characters than Goro and D'Vorah, with Rav. Mileena being the best, ofc. Only 3% chance, though.

Mk11 Scorp grants 15% lethal chances for all mk11s. Mk11 noob grants 50% extra damage from crits and lethals to all netherrealmers. That's why these 2 make a deadly damage dealing team

Skarlet pack before any pack. Bare in mind mk11 scorp is good on his own without noob. He's just too powerful

High stats, insane passive and synergy, dope costume, you name it. He's a full package. He even murders jade and dark Raiden as if their passives don't gain advantage from his. He's the top choice always
