Best strategy is to get Shang to 25% health or less, and Brutalize him
( you must switch in Talent Tree from Death MArk to Brutal ending to that point

Use vpn, search vpn hub on Google playstore, just need to connect it. It's a proxy server to change ur IP address. It's your current region, it's lagging on global server. Other moba Android games have region specific servers to reduce these issues. But there is no PVP feature here so there was no need to do so (seperate regions).
