The tower completion reward shouldn't be a pool of characters, but well...

So far, LKT, BDT, SRT, KWT and NT had reasonable tower completion rewards

Is far better now with these towers, equipments that do crazy stuff, and a reachable fatal tower

And new towers like sorcerer, edenian and earthrealm had wayyyy better random drop rates than older towers
