in faction wars, you can play matches infinite times with quick battles and level your characters up, the 5 set battles is the recommended option. best thing about faction wars is grinding faction wars points, you can do that so by playing the survivor mode. with your tier in faction wars, getting more than kombatant 1+ gives you a free challenge from faction wars rewards, grinding more than kontender 1+ gives you atleast some chance for diamonds and even klassic smoke (the time when these rewards come is shown on the faction wars button). you have to get stronger kollection to get more points, you'll do that so by grinding your account by playing towers, challenges, doing quests etc.

mk11 sub0 is a top mk11 support for any mk11 team. he gives his mk11 teammates ressurection which is his ice clone that explodes & applies bleed and giving his teammates an extra life during matches (unless deathmark or brutality is applied on you). teamed with mk11 jade, you both get ressurection + healing from dots so your team is more safe but you can keep his on his own for any mk11 team and he still provides great support. when fighting, he has one combo ender but his basic attacks still do well and he applies frostbite every 8 seconds, slowing down the opponent where sub0 is faster than the opponent and draining down their power a bit from using special attacks. spam his grapple sp2 only (which is unblockable) with him for high amount of damage and powerdraining (90%+ damage for krushing blow to deal way more damage & stun and powerdrain at the same time). using the rare equipment "ice daggers" on sub0, he can heal for a chance from his sp2 damage so definitely do his krushing blow for more damage and he's able to (heal from dmg + powerdrain + stun the opponent at the same time). when using sub0's brutality gear (which turns any character who have them in a good fighter), he can freeze on combo ender if he gets a "special combo ender". having his "kuai liang scepter" piece along with equipment "ice daggers" equipped, he deals extra damage against frozen opponents.

best strategy for mk11 sub0
mk11 characters can work in any team, so does sub0 as a really good supporter.
he's a part of the best mk11 team in the game: scorp, noob, sub0

scorp as the main fighter for the team (his infinite chaining & fire dots). noob is a second fighter to use after scorp, he can go especially for killing opponent with ressurection with his deathmark specials. damage is what you need in battles. sub0 gives his mk11 teammates ressurection but can be used as fighter with his sp2 spam & his brutality gear makes him better if he has it. two top 5 fighters with enough support.

with mk11 scorp as the starter, i just spammed sp1 (90% krushing blow) and chained them with his combos. equipped tower equipment as tomato on him boosting his damage & giving everyone a block breaker.

if i killed someone with mk11 scorp without applying deathmark, sf scorp does a tag-in attack ressurecting them. so i immediately have to tag out to mk11 jade since dark magic is elder god safe only and with jade i did grapple sp2 (90% krushing blow) for stunning & blinding the opponent, waiting for scorp being available to tag-in again and chain

sf scorp stays tagged-out and you don’t wanna get him killed. since it’s “it takes only one”, sf scorp can save either mk11 scorp or mk11 jade if they die so they have another chance that can succeed them

buy kc sonya if you don’t have her only, passive works at F0 and she is useful for red carding & tagging an opponent completely out for the rest of the match until 2 of their teammates die or she can red card opponent that tags in with lots of power, also applying full powerdrain on them. when playing regeneration battle, kc sonya can stop an opponent from red carding them and they will completely stop regenerating.

buy really good martial artist/spec ops/netherrealm challenge golds who can fight like kc johnny, klassic sonya, vengeful shinnok, kosplay jacqui etc. if they’re close to getting maxed at F8-F9. after maxing a character’s fusion, you can level them up to lvl 60 by playing faction wars quick battles (7 battles set) and they’ll reach their max stats (along with support cards which you can get for free from tower drops/packs, so don’t buy them they’re really expensive).

you aren't wasting your time and you should not give up, this game is all about grinding. with the diamonds you've obtained, they're very worth it. try going for mk11s as they're the best diamonds to use in a team. i remember when i retrieved my main account back in late 2020 and i had literally F0 golds & few F0 diamonds. i started playing the game all day and started being active in this server. from until now, i have 35 diamonds and alot of FX and F5+ golds.

black dragon tremor is a really good diamond in the black dragon team and the character of “debuff resistance”. when he’s in gold form, he can get up to 70% chance to resist debuffs such as dots, weaken, cripple etc. he can increase the chances more with maxed “hawk stance” in talent tree which adds 20% more for debuff resistance and makes his debuff resistance up to 90% chance or he can add more debuff resistance with his own legacy rare equipment “earth elemental facemask”, when you hit the FX on this equipment then he can get 100% debuff resistance in his gold form only. after using a special attack, he switches to lava form so you have to do another special attack to get his gold form and keep him safe from debuffs. in his lava form, his special attacks will deal great damage as it applies fire dot (the best offensive dot and drains power) and his sp2 can damage 50% to tagged-out opponents.

best strategy for black dragon tremor
he is the best in his own team which is black dragon team: tremor, kabal, erron.

tremor gives 50% damage boost against stunned, crippled and weakened opponent. this allows him to deal more damage when he stuns with his sp1 in gold form only, erron’s assist has a chance to stun to let his black dragon teammates deal more damage when the opponent gets affected by the stun, erron’s sp1 applies cripple and that way him or his teammates can deal more damage, kabal’s tag-in attack stuns the opponent when unblocked and allows him to deal extra damage with the sp1 krushing blow

black dragon tremor solo
black dragon tremor is the character with multiple debuffs on specials and with best debuff resistance. he has very good basics & both combo enders. his first basics & his specials can hit from even long distance between the opponent and you have to time his second basics right. his sp1 stuns and sp2 in can tag-out opponent with fear in gold form, in lava form deal 50% damage to tagged-out opponents with sp2 and both specials have fire
