sf scorp is a top diamond supporter for any team ever. he can save your 2 teammates 1 time when they get “defeated”, but not fully die so they can recover and tag back in (also what’s called ressurection). you have his saving for guaranteed (unless opponent applies deathmark on you or has brutality gear and does special cobmo ender on you) + revenant from the “defense” tree of talent tree which gives 30% chance of additional ressurection & shinnok’s teachings from “defense tree” of talent that gives you 20% of boneshield after taking dmg from special attack that keeps you immune to any damage and you can hit the AI anytime. so you won’t die easily if you just don’t let the AI hit you (to finish them off and prevent deathmark & brutality) and you can block if they don’t have block breaker. you shouldn’t let your sf scorp die otherwise you’ll lose the guaranteed saving (ressurection) from him, so don’t have him as the starter and keep him tagged-out and have a fighter in the team. to keep sf scorp healthy, you can give him debuff resistance such as earth elemental facemask & sindel’s ring & maxed “hawk stance” in talent tree so he won’t be taking dot damage and spam with his cheap fast basics and sp1 spam, if he’s low on health he can use sp2 to regen (not take poison debuff resistance) and even finish off the opponent with high damage of sp2. if he is in his own full team strike force, he can save his teammates 2 times which is the reason why sf team is 3rd best and this is good especially in faction wars survivor.

best strategy for sf scorp
you can use him in ANY team but if you really want a very good teamwork with him to use anywhere (even for bosses). then use this team: sf johnny, klassic liu kang, sf scorp

sf johnny is a top fighter. he can fight for the team with his fastest basics & spam sp1. klassic liu kang is the 2nd fighter & also supporter to keep the opponent infinitely crippled by tagging, liu kang can fight with his powerful sp2. sf scorp saves.

the best other way to get souls is challenges. the third and last tower can give more than 90 souls per mode. when finishing all the modes (normal, hard, elder) in a challenge, you get 396 souls in total from the challenge. sellbacks (which means you get the another copy of the card you've maxed) add extra souls.

play the towers, they can drop you souls randomly from winning and losing. up to 75 souls which is mandblowing.
you can do offers such as tapjoy which is a free way to get souls from surveys or other offers which are playing games & paying for something

lethals on basics, sp1 (+90 krushing blow infinite chaining) applying cripple to prevent boss suddenly using a special attack. at F0 & lvl 50, he still has okay stats. with his chaining done where the AI can barely move, he can be teamed up with klassic ermac to let his dot do the work (takes 10% of health for 30 seconds) and you’ll be able to survive long most of the time with scorp’s chaining anyways. with rare/epic tower equipment equipped that’s for damage boost, he’ll deal way more damage. the more fusions the tower equipment gets, the more the boost becomes and better the damage gets 👌
