he is not "good", but you can make him usable. the reason why he's not good because he's very slow, has one combo ender, his bleeds can stack which his passive says but it doesn't happen so since his only bleed is from extended combo ender (which requires him an outworld team). now if wanting to use him, then this is how you should do it:

to make baraka's bleeds work more efficiently, first team him up in a full outworld team (it can be any outworld team, but it's better to have some boosters in aswell such as sun god kotal for atk boost). this will give him extended combo ender to apply bleed and he deals more hits then too. then is the part for applying more bleeds which will stack a bit (they have a low duration, but they help with baraka's damage and make his passive to work). you should give him a rare equipment called "vial of infinite blood". this is accessory is a block breaker so you can give crit chance for the weapon and you should just constantly hit with baraka. what this equipment actually does, is giving chance for bleed on combo ender. so this allows baraka to deal extra bleed on combo ender and let it stack a bit which gives additional damage of dot with bleed.

for his special attacks, spam his sp1 only. it applies powerdrain and deals good damage. you can get a chance to snare the opponent too with the powerdrain by the talent maxed "weak point attacks" in the support tree of talent tree. his sp2 is trash, because even tho he deals so many hits, his damage still dissapoints and when his sp2 gets blocked, it barely deals damage. so the sp1 spamming is way better for good damage and even having a chance to snare with weak point attacks.

black dragon erron is the true "assist" character who is in the black dragon team but can be used for any team too. in any other team than black dragon, he has chance to assist only when you tag out and when an opponent tags in. this can help to distract the opponent, dealing some damage and having a chance to stun, which lets you take more of the "advantage" then. but it's best to have him in black dragon team, since with other teams you can make teams with synergy and that's a better option. in the black dragon team, he assists his black dragon per 12 second when they're active + chance to assist when you tag out and when an opponent tags in. with assisting per 12 seconds, he's able to interrrupt the opponent if the opponent doesn't block, then they get hit (with a chance of stun) and you get to attack them. even when blocking, this assist gives additional damage for his black dragon teammates.

black dragon tremor gives damage boost for his black dragon teammates against opponents that are stunned, crippled or weakened. so if erron's assist gets to stun the opponent, then his black dragon teammate also gets damage boost increasing the damage very well. erron can do sp1 cripple to get damage boost from tremor.

black dragon kabal's tag-in can get blocked by the opponent often but erron's chance of stunning makes kabal to tag-in with a second stun. whenever the opponent gets stunned from erron's assist, he can do sp1 krushing blow (by getting +90%) allowing to deal lots of damage, bleed and snare. kabal can become very speedy with speed buffs, so he's a faster attacker along with assist.

erron is also very good on offense with the fast/cheap basic attacks and sp1 cripple spamming (+90%) for unblockable, he still gets to recover from his attacks even tho the opponent blocks it and he doesn't really need block breaker. just keep him as the assist and let the other black dragon teammates fight so you can interrupt your opponent & deal extra more damage.

Scorpion, the beast himself, is considered the best character in the game because he's the best "fighter" of mk11 team and mk11 is the best team, thus making him the best character in the game. He melts opponents down with his fire DOTs that stack and chains them with his fast basic attacks and special attacks. He can put opponents in the corner and infinitely chain them by spamming the basics and doing sp1 alongside with krushing blow (+90%) which will cripple them and continue his chaining. At F0, he still works and will be your best main damage dealer. Any other MK11 teammate will benefit him and help him alot. He gives a chance of 25% lethal blow on basic attacks for all MK11 teammates on basic attacks. He also benefits from the Faction Wars Equipment named “Blazes Life Force” that increases fire damage boost and has a chance to put fire on the opponent at the start of the match that will help MK11 Scorpion melt them even more, this equipment can be bought from the Faction Wars Store that costs 450 rubies. With 130% base power generation, stagger and cripple sp1, and a combo ender that actually extends combos in corner, Scorpion gains his own infinite. This means he can use these attacks the whole game without stopping and being hit. This is incredibly rare, and makes him able to beat any opponent he faces. A must-have mk11 character and easy to get from mk11 skarlet packs!

it's "easy" to get him since mk11 pack is permanent and it has a few diamonds: scorp, sub0, skarlet. thus making it have a higher chance when getting a diamond from the pack. you can constantly open the mk11 pack as it's permanent (you won't have to seek for him) and get him out of luck. any diamond from diamond packs are typically for such a low chance, tho it actually depends more on the pool

kombat cup johnny cage is the best gold fighter. he's a challenger gold so he has really good stats too. what he does is spamming sp1 powerdrain for fighting, he can continously do this. non-stop damaging & keeping the opponent powerdrained and with power gen equipped, gaining his sp1 back easily to spam and doing a full combo to get it back to repeat the spamming. you can make his sp1 powerdrain have a chance to snare by maxing the talent "weak point attacks" in the support tree of talent tree, this talent allows powerdrain having a chance to snare which from spamming he will definitely get it. from his passive, he has 50% chance to stun the opponent when they try to tag-out. so opponents won't escape easily from the sp1 spam (along with weak point attacks talent) + having a chance to stun the opponent if they to tag-out from johnny's passive. you can equip damage boost against stunned opponent on kombat cup johnny like the "shirai ryu kunai" equipment in case the opponent tries to tag-out and johnny's passive stuns them. he can do the job even at low fusion, best to get him atleast F5+ for better stats and better damage and he gets to be used for bosses for sp1 spamming and trapping them individually.

kombat cup sonya gives kombat cup characters stun immunity & kombat cup cassie gives cripple immunity, which is best for johnny especially as he's the fighter and it can make him unstoppable then being able to resist stuns & cripples completely. if you don't have other kombat cup, you can still give johnny debuff resistance like hawk stance maxed in defense tree of talent tree or the rare equipment "earth elemental facemask".

covert ops cassie can be used with kombat cup johnny. she gives any spec ops including kombat cup johnny unblockable chance for both basic attacks and specials. this saves spec ops characters a slot for block breaker and johnny won't need it & sp1 has chance to break block too. cassie can be the backup fighter with her sp2 cripple spamming.
