Wow. Been playing since early 2018, & finally decided to get some hard #s on my character progress. Which is a pain in the rear in this game. U have to manually count by hand everything. So here is where I've made it so far. I have 125 seperate characters total. All 9 of the bronze, all 10× fused, but not all lvl 60. Once u get to a certain point, there is no more competition for the bronze characters. I believe they r strictly to introduce folks to the concept of spec move mini games. Also, of course, all 22 of the silvers, also all 10× fused, but only 6 @ lvl 60. Same problem as the bronze. The game only competes to the Hard Challenge level, then they're just a waste of space, essentially. I have 70 out of the 72 possible gold cards. Missing only Noob Saibot & Slasher Jason. Out of my 70 golds, 62 of them r 10× fused, & 32 of those r actually lvl 60. My gold teams r pretty dominant in all strictly gold competition, & my best r at least on what I see as pretty even ground with all the Diamonds. Out of 53 possible Diamond cards, so far I only have 25( not for lack of trying, when no event towers, I usually buy at least one game currency Diamond pack a day. The drop rates on them just suck abominably. Where it says 3% chance is not a joke. Why i absolutely refuse to spend cash, cuz those drop rates aren't a lot better). Out of those 25, only 1(Mk11 Kabal) is 10× fused. Also lvl 60. MK11 Jade & Raiden r 9× fused, & Shao Khan is 8×. The rest r 3× & lower. I sure wish they'd make it easier to come up with those #s. Took an hour of recounting. But, I was curious, has anybody taken the time to do that? And if so, is their character progress comparable to mine for the time invested? Basically I'm just trying to find out if I actually suck & haven't realized it cuz this game isn't nearly as socially oriented as MCOC. Anyhow, am just curious, not comparing egos with anybody, so please don't take it that way. I hope at least a couple people will share their experiences.
