kold war has sub0 as their fighter and he can get defensive support from sonya & skarlet. just by spamming sp2, he can keep getting ice shield (which reduces 90% damage of enemy special attack) and heal himself completely (using his legacy equipment) and he deals massive damage too

cos heals from doing lethals, it's pretty chance based and oftenly you make tiny little steps of healing. poison could mess up their process. if you want to use quan chi's gloves to heal, then you would have to hit with fists and the gloves last after a few seconds
