open skarlet mk11 packs (packs with challenge golds in it) or wait for faction wars rewards (get atleast higher than kombatant 1), the big towers like (shirai ryu tower for example) can also randomly drop him or can drop him after finishing a boss fight. you just have to get pretty lucky. also do any challenge as they’re worth it so if you don’t have a card for a challenge you require. it can be unfortunate but just go on for the next ones

Let me do a quick recap:
DO NOT EVER spend souls again on skipping challanges. Open basic gold packs till a Martial Artist team is formed. (My reccomandation: fat guy, inferno scorp, grandmaster sub0), Fuse them. Open silver packs. Get them to high fusion. ONLY WHEN you can beat a hard challange open diamond packs

yes it’s a simple trick. if you can beat the hard mode of a challenge, then it means you’re free to open mk11 packs. my advise is opening silver packs and building a silver team like these i mention:

• kenshi, cassie, sonya
• kenshi, kung jin, scorp
• kenshi, cassie, scorp

silver kenshi is your main fighter, he’ll carry your silver team and he gets support from the other silvers in the team (which gives him synergy). fuse him up to like FX or so and open equipment packs after getting him a very high fusion. to level up your characters, play faction wars quick battles (i recommend doing 5 battles set) and max lvl is 50 (60 if FX). after fusing him very high, open equipment packs. with your souls you use it on basic gold packs to collect basic golds for upcoming challenges. covert ops is a top gold and best basic gold so keep in mind to buy her in character shop
