i agree with what you all are saying but reality is the game is become a bit on the pay side..i haven't been playing this game for long i started at like early july late june around there .....i admit it easy to get characters etc but when your later in the game and need specific characters it becomes really difficult...and given the fact that they are making previous towers into 'redux' and its not worth the effort bc u cant get gear and then advertising paid packs..its honestly tiresome...dont get me wrong i enjoy the game but personally they need to make heavy changes to their system to make it more f2p friendly

You're right, we do need to make it much more f2p friendly
However, that being said, tearing a game down and starting from scratch is never the answer...
They can start by bringing back out old soul packs, updating all soul packs(including Elite Packs) to have all diamonds in them(as applicable)
Honestly, making survival mode it's own leaderboard would be amazing for new players because they can't complete survival mode anyways, and shouldn't have to compete against that
Revamp on old characters such as the earlier challenge golds and basic golds, bring their stats up to match the meta
Bring back the old system of "Characters are in money packs for one week, and then released in packs/challenge"

equipment drop rates are considered leaks which are not allowed to be here.
its insane that you got two epic equipments even from losing, very lucky
try restarting your game, or just force close the game, and then re enter the game
