His tag in isn't bad when you think about it, it's just bugged at the moment, like Kl Raiden
His sp1 is better than MK11 Raiden's, if the opponent blocks it, it will still do damage
His sp2 is not bad, needs something different than powerdrain(would recommend Snare to any reading dev)
His basics are actually pretty nice

I play him in a tag in team of FFLK, TG Raiden, and Hat-Trick Kung Lao, and I easily destroy maxed diamonds with him

TG Raiden doesnt have dispel and sucks for damage anyway

Specials without debuffs are pretty much guaranteed to be factually worse

Also ur kinda nuts if you wanna take away the PD, its the only thing saving TG from going into the dumpster, and even then he is one of the last options for a power drainer

they usually give a downtime from the end of a tower to the start of the next tower

yeah forget the numbers, the point is they drop the most frequently of the diamonds....... 6 packs is such a small sample size. 2 diamonds is good fortune. the actual cards might be a bummer but the numbers are against you if you dn't want MK11, you're going to need to open a much larger amount of packs to make the impact you're looking for. open 50 packs and you'll probably be pretty happy
