I didn't believe people when they said ST and Rain were added to the random pool in the subsequent updates...... and then I got Rain from fatal 100 in the run before last and also got him from 200 last run. so he's f3 for me now. I haven't gotten a tower gear drop in over 400 attempts but it doens't sting as bad since I got a card I didn't think i would get at all......
