alright here's a question regarding mk11 scorpion. if he was added a stun on his sp1 and an extra combo ender, would you guys regard this as a buff or a nerf?

Talking in terms of just stats, my FX Lvl 50 Sub-Zero is way weaker than my FX Lvl 48 Farmer Jax, so I don't know how he could even be the best... He isn't even top 5
