if you have a maxed sr go up against cyrax triborg you will notice that triborg has at least 2.5 seconds of stall time after each combo ender while sr's are fluid. and mk11 scorp is fluid but has to have time to reset back to his "resting" position.

what i was getting at is attack doesnt matter. speed matters more than everything because if the opponent cant attack you can slowly break them down. lets say mk11 sub 0 (without the use of his passive jusy bear with me) and shao kahn. shao is slow but powerful but sub0 is medium speed and damage. if shao cant attack he has to wait on an opening wich sub coupd use to his advantage because shao is slow.if it was mk11 scorp and shao scorps fluid and strong attacks would destroy shao's slow powerful strikes
