you can get them from random drops, and a chance for the epic pieces for beating the tower, for kano brutality you need the rare scoundrels blades and his epic heart piece, and you can also get kabals brutality from the current tower with the epic buzzsaw and his rare mask

those are the only 2 you can get from bdt
