Maybe Kitana tag in power drain is taking away a % of enemy health and not dealing subtractive damage it’s dividing total health by % and subtracting a division of it

they why is it hard for kitana to block she lifts you in the air so it takes time to go up and come down...enough time to protect yourself ....same for johnny cage he hits you while doing a split and got the same time to get up and protect himself
