Ok u can do 3 quests every hour, resulting in 3-21 souls every time u get, let's take average 12 soul every hour, that makes 144 souls every 12 hrs and 288 souls every 24 hrs, considering that u go on every hour for reset, even in night

At the beginning you will gain less souls. Unlock more towers, the absolute maximum you can get is 9 souls per hour. And the cap is 3 quests allowed. 9 x 3 = 27. Simple math
