U have to take in consideration how many eyes u need. If its ur early fusions then 1hr quests will suffice since the event lasts 1 whole week. If required eyes for summoning is alot more like say 250 etc then better do 1 day quests

Once u summon reptile u cant continue farming eyes & neither can u summon him again during the ongoing event. So there is no point in rushing to get required eyes by sacrificing on souls & doing 1 day quests. U can get the required eyes before the event ends by simply doing 1 hr quests. Which will not effect ur soul farming
