Normally u should be able to clear the tower in 3 & half weeks atleast once without refreshing. The refresh is done to complete towers multiple times. If u can clear the fatal tower in atleast a week (with help of refresh) then u will get to clear it 3 times in remaining 3 weeks

Even if you can't complete the tower it's always worth refreshing especially this tower because the drop rates are so high .I got tonnes of random tower rares and gold cards

To me, Kabal doesn’t rank as the worst as he can offer more than Skarlet can. Stun immunity is very good especially for survivor mode (you encounter characters like circle of shadow liu kang, ravenous mileena, aftershock tremor, etc) and he even stuns the opponent back after resisting it. fatal blow after mk11 teammate death is also very useful, plus, with his equipment, he would regenerate. snare on sp1 is nice, plus deadly sp2
