I guess it’s a defensive mechanism at best. Imagine if you’re taking lots of critical damage, and you’re left with a very small amount of HP. Ghost armor builds you up to x-ray. And you have an equipment that lets you heal from x-ray (ex. Cyber Armor). Could be pretty useful there, but very situational

For those having connection issues : You should go to google.com. Once there, search: speed test. There results a Run Speed Test button, right on the results page. The testing is done by Measurement Lab (M-Lab). The tests seem more accurate than Ookla results and M-Lab grades your speed results, such as, Your Internet speed is slow, ok, fine or fast, with or without the modifier "very".
